Becoming a Mirror Site

If you are interested in mirroring the NPAC/OLDA Visible Human Viewer, please send a request to Paul Coddington, paulc@cs.adelaide.edu.au. The files are available as tar files on a set of 3 CDs.

You will need the following:

• A Web server with about 2 Gbyte of disk space available.

• A CD-ROM drive to get the data from the CDs.

• Ability to extract a Unix tape archive (tar) file.

You are free to edit the Web page to show that your institution is hosting the mirror site, but we ask that you keep the same name (NPAC/OLDA Visible Human Viewer) and some attribution to show that the Web site and applet were originally developed at the Northeast Parallel Architectures Center at Syracuse University and the On-Line Data Archives Program at the University of Adelaide, with a hyperlink to the primary site http://www.dhpc.adelaide.edu.au/projects/vishuman/VisibleHuman.html.

We would be particularly grateful to have mirror sites that are also translated into other languages.
